I’m happy to report that I’m basically on track with the resolutions bit – I’ve actually managed to go to the gym at the office a few times, and taken myself to yoga class. I’ve taken a box of muesli to office that I eat instead of my usual rubbish 4 o’clock snack, and cucumber and carrot sticks with a yoghurt dip. I’m also happily surprised at how many of you guys – like me – don’t think new-year resolutions are redundant.
